Join TILT at the Chippewa Bay Preserve Nature Trail for a "De-Stress in Nature" workshop - a walking meditation session to bring yourself mindfully into the present moment with instructor BJ Mosher of Kirpalu Wellness Center. Participants will be led in a walking meditation, ending with quiet contemplation.
