Wild Wednesdays Migration Walk

Wednesday, March 29, 2023 - 3:30pm

S. Gerald Ingerson Preserve

Did you know that many different animals move to someplace warmer during the winter months?

Discover who makes the longest journey, learn why animals travel for the winter, and uncover some surprising participants in this migration mania during this interactive walk along the Rivergate Trail.

Wild Wednesdays are free and open to the public. Participants must be accompanied by an adult.

We will meet at 3:30pm at our S. Gerald Ingerson Preserve and Rivergate Trail main parking area: Map and Directions

Please register by emailing [email protected], by calling the TILT office at 315-686-5345, or by signing up below.

Wild Wednesdays afterschool programs are offered the last Wednesday of the month throughout the school year. These free programs are made possible by the support of the Ferguson Foundation, the Fresh Sound Foundation, and the RBC Foundation - USA. Each month features a fun, nature-based learning activity at a different TILT Preserve or partner location. Get outdoors and get WILD with TILT afterschool!
