Warbler Walk Trek

Saturday, May 15, 2021 - 7:00am to 10:00am

Otter Creek Preserve & Nature Trail

A male Golden-winged Warbler sits on a branch.

Get some fresh spring air and experience the beautiful birds that call the Otter Creek Preserve home, led by avid birder, Dan Miller.

During this leisurely morning hike, you will learn identification skills and have the opportunity to see bird species galore during this month of migration. The group will set out to the Golden-winged Warbler habitat area with the goal of sighting a warbler or two, and log our findings on a collaborative eBird list (no eBird experience or smartphone required). In 2019, we logged over 40 species of birds. How many will we find this year? Experienced, novice, and brand-new birders of all ages are encouraged to join us!

There is limited space available so please register in advance by emailing [email protected], by calling the TILT office at 315-686-5345, or by signing up here.
