Our "Silver" KayakTrek is especially suited to those paddlers who are eager for quieter water and shorter distances. We will paddle through Crooked Creek Preserve, one of the most significant wetlands along the St. Lawrence, and home to Bald Eagles and countless other species.  Led by Jane Carver (TILT Trustee), this is a wonderful way to find some kindred paddle-mates, and enjoy the beauty of the river from the water.

We will meet at the boat launch where Rt. 12 crosses Crooked Creek in Hammond. A limited number of kayaks are available for rent for a small fee. Please sign up in advance to secure a kayak if you need one.
