David Lucas has been named to the TILT Board of Trustees. Born and raised on a 5th generation 700 acre dairy farm, and owner of a 90 year old farm equipment dealership, Dave brings unique experience to the organization.

His career has focused on the animal health (pharmaceutical) industry, and he is currently owner and President of H.W. Naylor Co., Inc, maker of the farming staple, Blu-Kote.

Dave has also served on the board of the Cazenovia Preservation Foundation, addressing land conservation issues in the Cazenovia area, including farmland conservation and efforts to preserve the beauty and landscape of the greater Cazenovia area.

In addition, he has helped to develop a comprehensive plan in that area, and has served as president of the Cazenovia Area Community Development Association.

Dave and his wife Robin have three grown children and live on Bluff Island (Clayton) in the summer.
